Damage deposit €100 paid cash on arrival to be used against damages or loud noise at nigh.

- more than 4 weeks before arrival: no cancellation fee
- within 2 to 4 weeks before arrival: cancellation fee 50% of total rent
- less than 2 weeks before arrival: cancellation fee 100% of total rent
